Invitation Letter 
We are pleased to count on you at the IEEE CEC 2011 conference. If you need an Official Invitation Letter to attend at the conference, please send the details below and within a short time we will contact you.

All the fields, except the «Passport number» are required. You only have to fill in the «passport number» field, in case you need the Invitation Letter to apply for a Visa. Here you can find information about how to get your Visa. http://travel.state.gov/visa/temp/temp_1305.html 

The Invitation Letter will be sent to you by e-mail in pdf format.

In the Invitation Letter will appear your contact information and the formal invitation to present your paper at IEEE CEC 2011, with the title of the paper.

For any special requirement, please use the field "comments". We will be happy to help you in everything that we possibly can.

Let us remind you that we can only invite authors and registered attendees. We are not allowed to invite any accompanying person, so no invitation letter can be provided for people unregistered at the Conference.
